Income Document Requirements
Below you will find information regarding the income document requirements.
Paystubs
If you are employed as a W2 employee, we need the most recent full paystub. Paystub must show current and year to date income totals.
W2s
If you are employed as a W2 employee, we need your W2's for the last 2 years.
Tax Returns
Tax returns for the last 2 years are required if you are self employed. Please upload the PDF version of the tax return with all pages. State tax returns are NOT required.
SSI or Retirement Award Letters
If you are retired or on a fixed income, your award letters are required.
