Rick started in the mortgage business more than 24 years ago, in 2000. He was also an underwriter from 2015-2022. This experience allows him to be creative and see angles to help borrower's obtain a mortgage that are often missed by other mortgage professionals. Rick originates all mortgage types but specializes in helping first time homebuyers or those seeking down payment assistance.

Rick is married and has 1 son and 2 step daughters. His son, Nic serves in the Air Force and lives with his wife in Virginia. His one step daughter lives close with her boyfriend in Florida and the other lives in Virginia. Rick is also a huge animal lover. His "boys" are 2 boxers, Levi and Hooch. His newest boy is Sammie who is a Lab and loves the lake or pool! His 3 "girls" are Molly (terrier mix), Ocean (Shepherd mix) and Nala (cat). Rick is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching football, baseball and playing golf. He also enjoys traveling, lake/fishing and visiting theme parks.

Brenda has been in the mortgage business for over 4 years and works with the underwriter to obtain documents for your loan. She is experienced in all loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and down payment assistance programs.

Brenda is married and has 2 daughters and a step-son. During her off time, she enjoys traveling, theme parks, casinos, fishing and anything outdoors.

Novalee just started in the mortgage business in 2024 and is eager to help clients throughout the loan process. She is excellent in customer service and helping clients with information relating to the homebuying process.
