"Rick is the best!!"

"Rick was undoubtedly the driving force behind my recent home purchase from one state to another. Back in July my rental lease was set to expire in September and I was so over paying the never ending increasing costs to rent. So I started skimming mortgage lenders, came across Rick’s company, started filling out the application and decided not to finish it. Because I didn’t want my phone ringing off the hook by 5 million different agents. Well, here comes Rick a-calling the next day. First best decision, that I’d made on my purchasing journey, was to hear Rick out. I told Rick, I don’t have a pot to piss in, (well, I didn’t say it quite like that), I don’t want to live in a shack and I want to live in Tennessee. He said okay and he’d do everything he could and than he did. He got me a loan that I could afford and he went above and beyond to keep me believing that I will never again have to pay any one else’s mortgage by renting. Rick was the voice that I needed to keep my spirit up, my patience refreshed and my belief strong that I was on the right path. Patience is helpful and none I have. Rick was my patience. He never left it up to me, lol, with my discouraging intrusive thoughts. Rick only had more homes to view, more areas to consider, more paths to explore. Guess what? On August 23rd, I closed on my home in an area of Tennessee that I absolutely love and it’s not a shack. Thanks Rick!"

Truly thank you for everything you and Brenda have done for us. We never thought we'd ever be able to buy a home and always be in the rent race. It's a depressing and hopeless feeling. You truly have no idea how much this means to us.

We've had to move so many times, and never felt like we were ever "home", because we weren't. We always knew we had to move when our lease is up. We were always restricted by our landlords, even if we wanted to paint our daughter's room or have a small garden. This move was different and surreal for us. To pull up to our first home, where our daughter would grow up, where we could have the chickens we've always wanted and even think about extending our family and having a nursery is beyond words for us.

Thank you for giving a small young family like us a chance, and sticking through it all and fighting for us. You made a difference in our lives, and we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you.
