We went through a local lender and they said my credit was too bad to be on a home loan so they’d only use my husbands. We needed both incomes in order to get a house in my area so that didn't work. I saw this add pop up and wondered. He contacted me and helped me fill out forms over the phone. I was praying it wasn’t a scam as that’s a lot of info well.. he got it to where both incomes are on it and we had a higher limit than I could have dreamed about. It certainly was not a scam and we close on our perfect home in the next 2 weeks. Keep in mind we started this process August 31st. It has gone so fast and smoothly all thanks to him. "Everything was good, but at times we felt like we were being an inconvenience with questions. Then we were not told the exact cash to close until the day before closing, which put us in a bind. We ended up finding out the cash to close by the Title Company. Overall, our experience was good, I just think the communication could be a little better for first time home buyers."
