"This guy right here is amazing! We went through a local lender and they said my credit was too bad to be on a home loan so they’d only use my husbands. We needed both incomes in order to get a house in my area so that didn't work. I saw this add pop up and wondered. He contacted me and helped me fill out forms over the phone. I was praying it wasn’t a scam as that’s a lot of info well.. he got it to where both incomes are on it and we had a higher limit than I could have dreamed about.
