We went through a local lender and they said my credit was too bad to be on a home loan so they’d only use my husbands. We needed both incomes in order to get a house in my area so that didn't work. I saw this add pop up and wondered. He contacted me and helped me fill out forms over the phone. I was praying it wasn’t a scam as that’s a lot of info well.. he got it to where both incomes are on it and we had a higher limit than I could have dreamed about. It certainly was not a scam and we close on our perfect home in the next 2 weeks. Keep in mind we started this process August 31st. It has gone so fast and smoothly all thanks to him. "I’m a travel nurse, who had taken a few years away to raise my kids. I had been back six months. The other lenders were requiring a year despite fha saying six months given the years prior to the break.
Rick is a very determined guy and I knew from the start, if anyone would get it done, it would be him.
Initially I got the preapproval for conventional with 10% down. Which was rather heartbreaking as I’d had my mind set on FHA.
A couple weeks before close, Rick got us approved for FHA!!
